Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial sacral therapy is an effective treatment for stress reduction and anxiety alleviation. Cranial sacral therapy encompasses the three keys to healing simultaneously: mind, body, and spirit. Your whole being is attended to within this healing modality.
Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle form of physiotherapy care that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas and alleviate stress and pain.
Susan combines her knowledge of C.A.T.S. ( cranial adjusting turner style) to produce dramatic results on physical and neurological conditions. By applying a directional specific adjustment on the cranial bone, just as a therapist applies a directional force in a spinal mobilization session the Rx can relieve brain fog, headaches and the symptoms from concussion. It works well with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

What is mHBOT?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is the use of oxygen under higher then normal atmosphere pressure as a treatments.
What does Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy do?
Increasing the atmosphere pressure creates an environment where oxygen dissolves more easily into surrounding liquids, such as blood plasma and cerebrospinal fluid. Increase oxygenation provides many health benefits. Such as cell growth and regeneration, detoxification, immune support, new capillary growth and improved neurological functioning.
“When the oxygenized plasma circulates near dormant or injured tissue, such as encephalopathic brain tissue, bruised muscle, sprained tendon, or a surgical wound, the oxygen in the plasma can and does dissolve further into the damaged area then the oxygen that’s attached to the red blood cells in that “traditional” delivery system.” (Buckley, 2005)
